Job Description:

As a Key Account Manager at Evamp & Saanga, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our key client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our key accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. This role requires a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Understand their goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and revenue targets. Identify growth opportunities and strategies.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, advocating for the client’s needs and ensuring they receive the highest level of support.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver the best solutions and services to key accounts.
  • Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Address client issues, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively. Find innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure account performance, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.


  • Bachelor’s degree in
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within Telecom or Banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
