Required Skills and Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce a variety of technical content, including user guides, product manuals, API documentation, blog posts, demo videos and whitepapers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in technical documentation.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, software updates, and best practices to produce relevant and informative content.
• Content Maintenance: Review and update existing documentation to reflect software changes and improvements.
• Audience Engagement: Understand our target audience and create content that addresses their needs, questions, and pain points.
• Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve discoverability and drive organic traffic to our website.
• Content Review: Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.

Qualification and Experiences:

• Strong communication and consultative skills. Self-initiated and proactive.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systems.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for content optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio of previous technical writing work or writing samples is highly desirable.
