Job Purpose:
As a Technical Sales Engineer at Evamp & Saanga you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. The role includes supporting both New Sales—whether it’s a brand-new customer or introducing a new solution to an existing client. You will be responsible for understanding our clients’ needs, promoting our products and services, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. This role bridges the gap between our technical solutions and the customers’ requirements, ensuring they receive the best-fit solutions for their unique challenges.
Required Skills and Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their technical requirements and business goals to provide tailored solutions.
- Support New Sales initiatives by working closely with the sales team to craft tailored solutions for new clients or for expanding offerings to existing clients.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Evamp & Saanga’s products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.
- Technical Consultation: Collaborate with clients to identify their technical challenges, offering expert advice and proposing suitable solutions that address their specific needs.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value of our solutions to clients.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed and accurate technical proposals, quotes, and bids that align with clients’ requirements and budget.
- Should have strong technical background.
- Technical Support: Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing post-sale support.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to provide insights that inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product development, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to sales and product development.
- Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
Qualification and Experiences:
- 3-4 Years of proven experience in managing sales projects.
- Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge in [specific technical areas relevant to your industry].
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
