Responsibilities:

  • Overlooking routine finance tasks including payments to vendors, receipts from customers.
  • Be able to oversee and streamline billing and collection processes.
  • Customer / vendor handling.
  • Financial reports preparation including but not limited to cash flow statement, AP / AR, aging report, trial balances, etc.
  • Responsible to coordinate with team and update management on difference financial reports.
  • Command over International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Preparation of periodic financial statements.
  • Financial and other audits.
  • Responsible for management of tax liabilities & timely submission of tax reports.
  • Follow up and assistance in tax cases / notices.
  • Other routine related duties assigned from time to time.
  • Knowledge of prevalent tax laws in Pakistan.
  • Apart from this, he must have in-depth knowledge of accounting and finance.
  • Analytical skills for variance analysis, budget monitoring, and cost controls.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Team player and self-motivated.
  • Must have commercial awareness.
  • Candidate must possess significant computer knowledge and have expertise in MS Excel and other computer-related skills like Accounting software.
  • Welcome change by keeping himself informed about the changes regarding the financial and tax regulations and legislation.
  • Be able to supervise and motivate team under his / her supervision.
  • Be able to communicate relevant information clearly and concisely.
  • Possess exemplary interpersonal communication and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and to resolve issues independently.
  • Ability to meet stringent timelines.

Qualification:

  • ACCA / CA-Inter / Finalist.
