We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. The IT Support Engineer will play a crucial role in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network administration, and delivering exceptional customer service to our internal stakeholders.


1-Technical Support:

  • Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and follow through to resolution.

2-Hardware and Software Maintenance:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware peripherals.
  • Manage software installations, updates, and patches to ensure all systems are up-to-date and secure.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.

3-User Account Management:

  • Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including setting up new user accounts and decommissioning old ones.

4-Network Support:

  • Assist with network configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Work closely with the network team to ensure a secure and efficient network environment.
  • Documentation and Training:
  • Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and issue resolutions.
  • Provide training to end-users on IT-related topics and best practices.

5-Customer Service:

  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to understand and address their needs.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an enterprise IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other IT management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
