Job purpose

Oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, including supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Supports Recruitment and Selection process by interviewing candidates and arranging technical interviews.
  • Keeps HR manager updated on status of shortlisted candidates for placing offer.
  • Making Offer letter negotiations with selected candidates.
  • Prepares welcome kit for new employee and involves in all arrangements required.
  • Request IT department for laptop and IT related requirements for new hire before his joining.
  • Involves in complete onboarding process of new employees.
  • Give Orientation to new employees and assure all new employees are gone through company policies and culture.
  • Ensure smooth processes of bank accounts creation, employee card and medical insurance card.
  • Maintains and ensure check and balance of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Keeps track of Training evaluations feedback from employees and present reports to HR manager and management.
  • Ensure leave management system works smoothly, resolve queries of employees.
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
