Job Description:

As a UX Designer at Evamp & Saanga, you will be responsible for ensuring that our digital products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our users. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the design process.
• Create prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of user-centered designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process.
• Analyze and report on user feedback and analytics to inform design decisions.
• Iteratively refine designs based on user testing results.
• Consider and implement accessibility principles to ensure that the digital product is usable by a diverse audience, including people with disabilities.
• Identify design challenges and propose effective solutions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in the relevant field
• Minimum 3 years experience of working in the relevant field
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and case studies.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD,Canve or similar.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of wireframing and user journeys.
• Knowledge of both Web and App user experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
